02 · INSTALLATION

Plug and play installation

Any staff member can set up a device in under two minutes — straight from its own screen and the portal. Zero tools, R0 installation.

Power on & pick WiFi

Switch the device on and choose your hotel's WiFi on its touchscreen. It connects in seconds — no app, laptop or cables.

Settings are PIN-protected, so guests can't change the WiFi or setup.

Read the pairing code

Once online, the device shows a short code on its own screen. Every device is identical until you claim it — no stickers or QR codes.

Lost track of one? Generate a recovery PIN from the portal to re-pair it.

Claim it to a room

In the portal, enter the code and pick the room — or share a no-login install link. The room goes live on the dashboard right away.

Place it in the room and you're done — no drilling or mounting.
