Three steps to a live room

Devices arrive as ready-to-claim stock. Your staff get a room live in three quick steps — straight from the device's own screen and the RoomCheck portal.

Step 1

Power it on and pick your WiFi

Switch the device on. On its touchscreen, choose your hotel's WiFi network and enter the password. It connects in seconds and remembers the network for next time — no app, no laptop, no cables.

Device settings are PIN-protected, so guests can't change the WiFi or the setup.
Step 2

Read the code on the screen

Once it's online, the device shows a short pairing code on its own screen. There are no stickers to match up and no QR codes to scan — every device is identical until you claim it.

Misplaced a device later? Generate a recovery PIN from the portal to re-pair or reset it.
Step 3

Claim it to a room

In the RoomCheck portal, open Devices → Claim Device, enter the code and choose the room — or hand the install link to whoever is setting up, so they can pair each device without a login. The room goes live on the dashboard right away.

Place the device in the room and you are done — no cabling, drilling or mounting brackets.
