Common questions

How does per-room pricing work?

Rooms are priced in graduated bands — the rooms in each band are charged at that band’s rate, then added up. As you grow into higher bands, your effective per-room rate comes down, and your total always rises smoothly with no jumps.

Can we spread the hardware cost?

Yes. Use the slider to choose how much of the device cost you pay upfront — anywhere from 0% to 100%. Whatever you don’t pay upfront is spread evenly over the financing term and added to your monthly cost, after which you continue at the subscription rate only.

What happens to the devices if we cancel?

The devices are yours — they are purchased outright, whether upfront or over the chosen term. If you cancel, you keep the hardware.

Do we need a technician to install the devices?

No. Any staff member can set up a device in under two minutes. Turn on the device, enter your WiFi credentials, enter the code displayed on screen via your installation link and it's live. No cables, no drilling, no specialist required.

Is pricing in South African Rand?

Yes. All pricing is in ZAR (South African Rand) and includes VAT where applicable.
