Common questions
Is there a minimum contract?
It depends on the plan you choose. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time; plans that spread the hardware cost over a fixed term run for that term, after which you continue at the subscription rate only.
What happens to the devices if we cancel?
The devices are yours — they are purchased outright (either upfront or over the chosen term). If you cancel, you keep the hardware.
Do we need a technician to install the devices?
No. Any staff member can set up a device in under two minutes. Scan the QR code on the back of the device, enter your WiFi credentials and room number, and it is live. No cables, no drilling, no specialist required.
Can we add rooms later?
Yes. You can add rooms at any time. The per-room rate adjusts automatically based on your new total room count — so growing into a higher tier lowers your per-room cost.
Is pricing in South African Rand?
Yes. All pricing is in ZAR (South African Rand) and includes VAT where applicable.
