Common questions
How does per-room pricing work?
Rooms are priced in graduated bands — the rooms in each band are charged at that band’s rate, then added up. As you grow into higher bands, your effective per-room rate comes down, and your total always rises smoothly with no jumps.
Can we spread the hardware cost?
Yes, part of it. On monthly billing you can pay up to 35% of the device cost later, split into 11 equal instalments added to months 2–12. On 6-monthly billing you can pay up to 20% later, with your month-6 payment. Annual billing includes the devices upfront. After the first year you pay the subscription only.
What happens to the devices if we cancel?
The devices become yours once they are paid in full. Plans have a 12-month minimum term. If you cancel or don't renew while part of the device cost is still unpaid, that balance becomes due immediately — or the unpaid devices are returned to us.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes — 12 months from your order date. After that your plan renews each billing period until you cancel.
How long until we receive the devices?
Devices are delivered within 6 weeks of purchase. Your dashboard account is created as soon as your payment goes through, so your team can be set up and ready before the devices arrive.
Do we need a technician to install the devices?
No. Any staff member can set up a device in under two minutes. Turn on the device, enter your WiFi credentials, enter the code displayed on screen via your installation link and it's live. No cables, no drilling, no specialist required.
Is pricing in South African Rand?
Yes. All pricing is in ZAR (South African Rand) and includes VAT where applicable.
